Bachelor in Biological Sciences (2014) from UFRN. Developed his honors thesis at the LaB with a CNPq scholarship studying the evolution of the humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae) song at the Abrolhos Bank, Brazil. Currently a Masters' candidate in the Ecology Graduate Program at UFRN.
